W. Frank Elsasser
W. Frank Elsasser
is a senior associate at Levin & Stein
and is in his 11th year of practicing law. He has been involved
in the resolution of a large number of construction defect cases.
A magna cum laude graduate from Oregon's Northwestern School
of Law at Lewis & Clark
College, Frank also has Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Civil
Engineering, and has
been a civil litigator his entire career. Frank's extensive litigation
experience includes involvement in two of the largest construction
defect disputes in the Pacific Northwest. Frank has represented
dozens of owners in construction defect cases, helping his clients
recover
large sums against developers and contractors via settlement
or trial. Frank is licensed to practice law in Oregon and is
awaiting admission to the Washington bar. He is in charge of
the firm's Portland office.
