Justin D. Sudweeks

Justin D. Sudweeks is a Washington licensed lawyer and a graduate of Seattle University School of Law with an undergraduate degree from BYU. Washington Law & Politics recognized Justin as a “rising star.” He has practiced law for 11 years, during the course of which he has been involved in the resolution of construction defect claims involving dozens of condominium associations. Justin spent two years as counsel for one of the largest insurers of construction contractors and sub-contractors before joining Levin & Stein. His experience also includes resolution of construction defect claims on behalf of contractors, insurers, and homeowner associations.

Along with Jerry Stein, Justin is one of a handful of attorneys to actually have tried a construction defect case on behalf of a homeowners association to a jury. Justin also has extensive experience in mediating construction-defect claims on behalf of homeowner associations, both for new construction defects and conversions. His efforts have resulted in recovery of millions of dollars for those associations.

Justin enjoys working with homeowner associations to revise and draft their condominium association governing documents. He is also actively involved in drafting, editing, and conducting research for Levin & Stein’s appellate work.

In addition to his active law practice, Justin is currently the Co-Chair of the CAI Membership Committee.
