We handle construction defect claims on a contingent fee or hourly basis.

If we handle your case on a contingent fee basis, there is no fee unless there is an actual recovery on your association’s behalf.

In contingent fee cases, we can advance all costs, thus enabling an association to avoid unit owner assessments to finance the investigation and prosecution of the association’s claims. Where we advance costs, the firm is reimbursed for the costs it has advanced at the end of the case.
