After all, an association may not realize it has construction problems because defects and water damage often remain hidden inside the building envelope and may not be detected until valuable rights are lost due to the passage of time.

We work with a team of home inspectors, contractors, architects and engineers who can evaluate the construction quality of your project and assess damage to building components.

At an association’s request, we will send an architect, engineer, contractor or other qualified professional to make a preliminary evaluation of the construction quality of your condominium complex at no cost or expense to your association.

At an association’s request, we will meet with your association’s board to advise it of your association’s rights and how to enforce them, at no cost or expense to your association.
