Daniel Stein is a Partner specializing in insurance coverage and construction defect issues. He is a frequent speaker at WSCAI, BOMA, the Washington Landlord Association, and other organizations. He enjoys meeting face to face with property managers and owners and educating clients about their options. He works very hard on our client’s behalf and is prompt and responsive to their needs.
With extensive experience in handling 1st party claims, he has served in numerous cases, demonstrating a knack for equitable resolution. He has settled over 40 cases in insurance coverage for aging buildings, making him a sought-after expert in the field.
He is also a contributor to the WSCAI’s Community Association Journal and is strongly committed to educating property managers, Board members, and owners of apartment and commercial buildings about insurance coverage options and the claims process. He has been instrumental in obtaining legal results that strongly favor Condominium Associations and Apartment Owners in Washington.
Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts at UCLA and his Juris Doctorate at USC Gould School of Law where he was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm five years ago, Daniel worked on complex class action lawsuits.
In his spare time, he enjoys walking with his puppy, Cleo, and playing tennis. He also enjoys a round of golf with his brother Steven and dad, Jerry.
