After some preliminary investigations and lack of meaningful responses from the developer who had performed the conversion, we interviewed a few construction defect firms and finally hired Stein Sudweeks & Stein. I believe this was a wise decision for many reasons. The most obvious is the successful result that they achieved on behalf of our association. After a long and difficult process, they helped us to recover a very significant settlement. In addition to the positive outcome, I believe that the attorneys from the firm were very diligent and thoughtful in their processes and worked very hard to protect our rights as homeowners. On one occasion their attention to details saved us from a potential disaster in the case. I believe their high level of customer service is a rarity in the legal field and for this reason alone believe that they do a job superior to other law firms I have worked with.
