Peregrine Point Owners’ Association hired Stein, Sudweeks & Stein for its construction defect litigation based on a potential untested theory that the “new construction” warranties of the Washington Condominium Act should be applicable to the Peregrine Point townhomes, which were remodeled and sold by the developers through one of its subsidiaries.
It was a tough decision for the Board, but the detailed approach presented by the firm persuaded us of Stein, Sudweeks & Stein’s ability to handle complex scenarios and to employ innovative approaches.
